Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Starlight Dome Cinema, each experience is carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for your group. To ensure fairness and allow us to deliver the best possible experience, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: Cancellation Policy • More than 24 hours before your scheduled experience: No cancellation fee will be charged. • Between 24 and 12 hours before your scheduled experience: A $25 cancellation fee will apply. • Less than 12 hours before your scheduled experience or no-shows: A $45 cancellation fee will apply. These fees help cover preparation, scheduling, and partner coordination reserved specifically for your booking. Rescheduling When possible, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling requests made in advance, subject to availability and applicable fees. Care of the Dome & Property Guests are expected to treat the dome, furnishings, and equipment with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
